The first RADDY irrigation system I tried was the solar drip-irrigation WS-2.
RADDY Automatic Drip Irrigation System —
unboxing: solar powered water pump, hose, adapters, and a wi-fi hub
I was initially unsure how to set this up properly, but once I got started, it turned out to be easy to put together.
I’ll take you through the most direct route to get started being able to water your plants whenever you want — from your phone.
Connect the Hub: There’s a small manual for the wi-fi mini hub. Use your phone’s camera to scan the code and download the app. Register an account and sync to your home’s wi-fi. In the app, add a device - the mini hub.
2. In the app, select the hub you just created, and add onto that device the water pump. To activate the wifi on the solar pump, unplug the battery and plug back it. You will see flashing lights. Sync the device. We’re ready to hook up the water!
Let’s take this solar irrigation system to the greenhouse.
I used a watering can and filled with water. The Raddy solar unit has a clip on the back that perfectly fits the handle.
Cut a length of hose long enough to connect from the water source to the solar unit. Connect this to IN port. Cut a length of hose to go from the OUT port. I’m water two plants, so I’m using the 3-prong adapter to connect the line OUT to two other lines (one to each plant). With a quick press of the button, I can water my plants immediately. Through the app, I can program a daily timer or even remotely immediately water the plants with a touch of a button.
This is the coolest watering system. It gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.

The second raddy irrigation device is a sprinkler timer
RADDY WS-5 Water Timer — This unit is very easy to set up. Load four AA batteries into the back. On the front is a dial to set the different parameters. It’s very easy and straight-forward. I set the time to the current time.
Let’s take it outside.
You can customize how you want the plumbing to in and out. What is recommended is that you attach the sprinkler timer directly to the spigot and run the hose from the outlet marked Zone 1. You can also program a second hose and timer. Leave the spigot on and use the timer to decide when the water is released from the hose.
I can’t easily get to my spigot today, so I’m going to hook this up a different way. I’m going to screw the unit to the end of the hose and the sprinkler onto Zone 1.
Let’s program it to start one minute from now and run for two minutes.
Yes, it works! It gets ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ from me. It has a sturdy construction and was quick and easy to setup.
